Madonna University expels about 32 students for not attending Church service

About 32 students may have been expelled by the authorities of Madonna University, okija Campus, Anambra State, On the 20th of August 2017, for what was termed disregard of paramount religious core values.?

Frustrated  by the development, some of the affected students who gave account of what happened battled emotions while narrating their situations to VOX NG recently. They however pleaded with the school authorities to temper justice with mercy in order to save their future.

 Several attempts to get the school authorities comment on the issue proved abortive.  
The private  university is known for its strict rules and discipline 

This is coming five years after covenant university expelled over 200 students for similar crime.
